St Vito lo Capo was a great choice for one of three nights in Sicily! Actually the best moment of our vacation! Great food, Awesome quiet beach, beautiful nature reserve (Zingaro), great people! We had a nice comfortable appartament (Tropicana) for a good price. Less good was: there was no toilet paper!

A lot of room in the apartment, aq kitchen with everything you need and very nice balcony. I also like that the hotel is in the middle of the town so you live next door to the locals.

Big apartment, balcony, sky tv
The water smelled like sewer but probably it was not their fault

The kitchenette was convenient for making breakfast. The room was basic but clean and comfortable for the price. Easy walking distance to grocery store, beach, and town center.
There were many small details, like not having the key to the outside gate of the apartment, a broken toilet seat, a small shower, and terrible electrical lighting. The staff did not speak English but still tried to be helpful. There was no "private" beach as stated in the hotel website on Booked.net

Offensive and uncaring staff, apartment not cleaned during the 11 day stay !

Relatively inexpensive. Clean and comfortable enough for the price.
It advertised a private beach with free facilities including a beach service. It also intimated that it was located on the beach. In reality it was 250mtrs from the beach and the private part was closed. Although we were offered free beach beds for one day this was not extended for the whole of our stay and the beach service did not exist.

Good location, not far from beach, just at the back of police station which gave an extra security, at the front of police station is kids playground. Very near to everything.
During our stay there we seen only the same women in reception, which had no word of English and was talking to us only Italiano. Sofa was very durty, television high under the ceiling.

generally we were very disappointed. we were first put in an apparently 4 star apartment, this had an adjoining door to next door's apartment. there was absolutely no privacy and the room was very average. the staff were incredibly rude and off hand. i later demanded to speak to the owner, he rectified the situation however ultimately we were very unhappy with the treatment and general

The apartment was an easy walk to the beach and restaurants. It was clean, and well-maintained but the sitting area was on the small side for our particular apartment. (#7) We ended up having only 4 people and didn't spend much time in the apartment so it worked out fine. Plus, it had a nice patio with a picnic table/chairs.
